Mr. Michael Ingerick has close to 15 years of experience teaming with clients and partners to enhance mission success by making smart people decisions and policies. In his current role as Director of Military Personnel Research, Mr. Ingerick is responsible for building relationships with our clients and partners serving the national security community.
His professional highlights include:
- Lead developer of a computer-based multi-tasking assessment and work preferences inventory to enhance the recruitment and selection of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) operators for the U.S. Air Force.
- Lead analyst of a large-scale operational evaluation of a computerized adaptive personality-temperament inventory for use in the screening of new Soldiers for the U.S. Army.
- Lead analyst of a large-scale, multi-year evaluation of a civilian senior leader development program for the U.S. Department of Defense.
His professional work has been published in the Handbook of Psychology: Industrial and Organizational Psychology, International Review of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice. He holds an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
