Jeffrey Dahlke, Ph.D., is a Senior Scientist with expertise in psychological measurement, selection-system evaluation, and data analytics. Dr. Dahlke is a thought leader on the issues of validity, adverse impact, and predictive bias in testing, as well as the use of advanced analytic methodologies to evaluate and improve high-stakes assessments. He has extensive experience conducting psychometric analyses for military and civilian testing programs, training machine learning models to predict a wide variety of criteria, developing automated analysis workflows, and applying natural language processing techniques to text-based data. Dr. Dahlke actively publishes on personnel selection topics in high-impact peer-reviewed journals and is the creator and lead developer of psychmeta, the first comprehensive open-source R package for psychometric meta-analysis.
Dr. Dahlke was part of an international research team that won the 2021 Jeanneret Award for Excellence in the Study of Individual or Group Assessment from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In 2018, he was awarded the Meredith P. Crawford Fellowship from HumRRO.
