Jackson Millard has multiple years of progressive experience supporting and leading credentialing and evaluating educational programs. Along the way, he also developed expertise in supporting and leading item and test development efforts, conducting job and practice analyses, alignment studies, and education assessments and standard setting projects. Additionally, he has developed expertise in leading and facilitating in-person and virtual subject matter expert (SME) workshops to perform, among other goals, qualitative analyses, and delivering training to groups of educators in the use of various tools to assess alignment dimensions and to prompt quality discussions during the workshops. Millard also has experience in conducting quality assurance for small- and large-scale assessments.
