Senior Scientist
Genevieve Ainslie, Ph.D., is a Senior Scientist in HumRRO’s Personnel Selection and Development (PSD) program. She has experience contributing to basic and applied research projects for public and private organizations on a range of workplace issues including assessment, selection, occupational licensing, competency modeling, job analysis, and training. For example, Dr. Ainslie has helped to build, validate, and maintain a nationally administered, high-stakes standardized entrance exam and has supported efforts to develop and maintain a competency-based credentialing assessment for professionals working in HR. She also has experience developing and executing automated test assembly programs for nationally administered testing programs with complex statistical and content requirements.
Through these and other efforts, Dr. Ainslie has years of experience managing technical teams, timelines, and budgets for both large and small contracts. She is currently an active member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington (PTCMW). She is also an adjunct professor at Georgetown University. She received her M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a focus in quantitative methods, from the University of Oklahoma.
