Claire Vincent provides analytic oversight and guidance for projects related to workplace testing and selection. Her technical expertise lies primarily in assessment design, development, implementation, and maintenance of testing programs for certification. Prior to joining HumRRO, Vincent spent over 13 years developing and evaluating human capital solutions and products for private and public sector clients. She served as the program manager for two large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) projects. Later, as Executive Vice President of Operations at a small industrial-organizational psychology firm, Vincent managed internal business operations and led several initiatives to stand up internal operating processes and protocols to support the organization’s strategic plan of sustainability and growth. Vincent’s client engagements range from executive consultations and cross-functional partnerships to team training and staff management. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
