Senior Scientist
Dr. Christopher Huber is a Senior Scientist in HumRRO’s Assessment Research and Analysis (ARA) program. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota, where his research focused on multivariate quantitative methods, methodological considerations in validation research, educational testing, and faking on pre-employment tests. Dr. Huber has partnered with a variety of private and public sector clients, including Fortune 500 companies, the U.S. military, and other state and federal agencies. His applied work has focused on developing evidence-based solutions supported by rigorous quantitative analyses.
He has led or contributed to the development of several assessment tools, including situational judgment tests, job knowledge tests, language proficiency assessments, and simulations. He has also directed and supported a variety of assessment validation efforts, employing methods such as synthetic validation, transportability analysis, and traditional criterion-related validation to meet diverse client needs. Dr. Huber is also a proficient statistical programmer and specializes in developing automated solutions for data management and testing program analytics.
