Senior Scientist
Brittany Crawford, Ph.D., is a Senior Scientist specializing in assessment program design and development within the educational and industrial-organizational psychology fields. She leads the automated test assembly (ATA) programming and publishing review efforts for multiple large-scale credentialing programs. Dr. Crawford has a wide range of applied experience including research to inform the exam time limits, form development, and exam blueprint specifications of high-stakes credentialing exams. She also has experience leading practice analyses and validity studies for multiple large-scale credentialing groups. Dr. Crawford enjoys working one-on-one with subject matter experts (SMEs) in person and virtually to develop exam content and facilitate technical review sessions. Her educational assessment work is primarily focused on small- and large-scale program evaluations, for which she has served as the independent evaluator for multiple state- and grant-funded initiatives.
