Research Scientist
Arielle Rogers, Ph.D., is a Research Scientist in HumRRO’s Strategic Human Capital Management (SHCM) Program. She has experience in the areas of personnel selection, applied research, and leadership assessment and development. She is skilled in research methodology, data analysis, and psychometric evaluation. Her technical experience includes job analysis, assessment design and development, and validation of selection tests in both internal and external consulting settings. Rogers also conducts research in the area of occupational health psychology including topics such as work-life balance, sleep, and personality. She received her doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University. Rogers serves as the secretary of the Personnel Testing Council Metropolitan Washington (PTCMW).
