Research Scientist
Angela Lee, Ph.D., is a research scientist and has directed projects and tasks involving the development and validation of selection and credentialing assessments, including knowledge tests, situational judgment tests, structured interviews, training and experience measures, and simulations. She is skilled in performing job analysis, facilitating workshops with SMEs, conducting statistical analyses, and writing detailed technical reports for clients in the public and private sector. She has conducted research on leadership, performance, and self-other agreement. Angela received her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a specialization in Quantitative Psychology. She has served on the Board of the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington (PTCMW) for the past several years and currently holds the position of Vice President.
