Alexandria, Virginia—The Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO), an industry leader offering a science-based approach to talent management, education, assessment, credentialing, and program evaluation, announces the election of Winfred Arthur Jr., Ph.D., to its Board of Trustees.
Arthur is a professor of Psychology and Management in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Texas A&M University, and a principal in his industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology consulting firm. He specializes in the research, development, implementation, and evaluation of personnel and human resource management systems and programs. Arthur has published in more than 150 publications and is a fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the Association of Psychological Science (APS), and the American Psychological Association (APA).
“Winfred is a prominent researcher and practitioner in the I-O community, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have him as a trustee of the Board,” said HumRRO President and CEO, Suzanne Tsacoumis, Ph.D. “His insights on the work we do at HumRRO will be a tremendous asset.”

Also at the Board of Trustees meeting in December, members elected Nathalie F. P. Gilfoyle, J.D., as Chair; Karen M. Grabow, Ph.D., as Vice Chair; Stephen C. Howell as Treasurer; and Victoria P. (Penny) Rostow, J.D., as Secretary. Their terms began on January 1, 2024.
