The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) turned to Gavan O’Shea to help identify the Top 10 Trends impacting workplaces in 2019. SIOP solicits member input to develop the list each year, and Gavan helped launch this effort by sharing his thoughts about the impact of Artificial Intelligence. Gavan is HumRRO’s Director of Private Sector Talent Management and Chair of SIOP’s Pre-Conference Workshop Committee.
