Customers can access our services through the new government-wide Human Capital and Training Services (HCaTS) contract, which offers agencies great value and flexibility by supporting all contract types. HCaTS is an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract administered by the General Services Administration (GSA) to support OPM’s Training and Management Assistance (TMA) program.
HCaTS offers all branches of government a reliable, fast, and efficient way to obtain best value solutions for their complex human capital and training service requirements. Along with supporting all contract types, HCaTS provides pricing at the task order level (i.e., Fixed-Price (all types), Cost-Reimbursement (all types), Time-and-Materials, and Labor-Hour). HumRRO will be providing human capital solutions under the contract. As a highly experienced OPM TMA contractor since 1987, HumRRO is well positioned to continue providing excellent service through HCaTS.
