Shelly McDowell-Porter, Ph.D., is the Manager of HumRRO’s Assessment Design & Evaluation (ADE) Program Area, leading a team of talented industrial-organizational (I-O) psychologists. She applies her technical expertise in developing and validating assessments to support the design, maintenance, and augmentation of testing programs to validate certification exams. She is skilled in designing and conducting job analysis, competency modeling, organizational analysis, and program evaluation studies utilizing various data collection tools, research designs, and methods. Dr. McDowell-Porter is highly experienced in collecting, synthesizing, interpreting multisource feedback and benchmarking data, and partnering with clients to leverage results to enhance individual and organizational performance. She has been published in Credentialing Insights and is a member of the World Trade Resource Advisory Board.
