Senior Scientist
Emily Medvin, Ph.D., is a Senior Scientist in HumRRO’s Talent Assessment and Analytics Program (TAAP). Much of her work involves assessment development and validation, personnel selection, and job analysis and competency modeling. She has directed several projects and tasks involving the development of selection, promotion, and certification assessments with a variety of item types, including knowledge tests, biodata, performance ratings, and situational judgment tests. Dr. Medvin also has conducted research on leadership, teams, and outcomes associated with remote work. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
